Gameday Establishes Club

Dawesville, Mandurah.

The construction of the Dawesville Sports Association has been finalised and sports within the area will be now be allowed to commence.

"I think it's great, and hopefully we can move onto several more regional areas, then state, national and international," said founder Peter Rogers, who will be competing in events.

"Basically, you don't have to spend your life dedicated to one sport, you can compete in everything," he continued.

Records will be kept of all the events to determine the best Gameday athlete.

Some of the first sports to be established will be running, football, golf and backyard cricket.

Medals will be handed out that are as follows:

- 1st

- 2nd

- 3rd

The Dawesville Sports Association (DSA) is set to announce its 2008 Summer Schedule in the coming days.
